The Look for Less!

These are some of my favorite posts to make but I just haven't been shopping as much as usual so I haven't been coming across any looks for less! But this most recent email I recieved got my look for less brain working!!

I love Tory Burch, bags, shoes, all of it. I want it all. And one bag that I have that I love is the Anna Satchel.
It is a great classic bag, amazing quality, goes with eveyrthing, and ran about $400 when I bought it a couple of years ago. This bag is sold out everywhere now since its an older style, but that doesn't mean it isn't a classic style that mirrors its look on bags in the current line.

Check out the Robinson Bag, $550. A little bit more pricey, style a little bit more reformed, but similar shape and look to the Anna, and the same fabulous Tory Burch Quality.

Both bags are beautiful, great for this time of the year, and would go with anything, style and color wise. But we all don't have $400 or $550 to spend on them!
Want the quality and look of a $400 bag but only want to spend about $65? Check out this line. It is a bag designer, Erica Anenberg who works with celebrity Kristen Bell. They have created a line that was recently featured on the Today show as a Deal of the Day feature. I got an email that they still have this particular style available (I bought one from this line with this deal and have not recieved it yet, but I got a different style).

These bags are 100% genuine leather, and that alone is amazing for the $65 price tag. So if you like the style and look of the Tory Burch bags (and other similar designers out there!) Check out this alternative because you can not beat the price! I will blog about mine when I get it too. The style I got was bigger and in the grey and I am looking forward to getting it in! Also a great holiday gift too, give someone a $400 gift that you got for $65 who wouldn't love that!

2011 CMAs

I LOVE country music, and I also love awards shows, so of course I watched the CMAs last night and DVR'd it to catch pieces that I missed while cooking and cleaning. One of my absolute favorite aspects of this show...Carrie Underwood being the cohost with Brad Paisley! They are super cute together and really work well off of eachother. They seem to be the go to hosts for this show since this was not their first time hosting together! While I adore Brad, Carrie is one of my all time favorite celebs from all the way back to her American Idol days! She is absolutely fabulous, gorgeous and on talented lady! And one of the best parts about her hosting, all the outfits she gets to wear! Some were better than others, but overall I thought she looked as fabulous as usual! Can Carrie Underwood ever look bad???..I have yet to see this anywhere so I am thinking that's a big fat NO!

Check out her outfits....

I will start with my least favorite, the very first dress, the long green one? Ewww....was NOT a fan of that. However everything else was gorgeous on her. My favorites, the white assymetrical mini was such a Carrie dress, very her, and looked great. And the shoes with that dress were fab too! All the sequins were fun and flattering too. Overall I thought her stylist did great!

What did you guys think? Anyone watch? Anyone a Carrie fan out there?

The countdown starts....and Novemeber begins!

To meeting my beautiful son!

My due date is December 1st, and it is officially Novemeber 1st. I have made it through the majority of this pregnancy experience! Some days I questioned whether or not these days would ever come but here I am and I couldn't be happier.

I am no longer working in my office, I am on doctors orders to work from home from here on out and only go in for a few hours a week is needed to check in. Not on bed rest yet, but they think it might go down that road at the very end. But in the meantime I am home and resting and while going a little stir crazy I am enjoying not having to stress about getting back and forth to work AND trying to get dressed for work!

Another thing that comes with the end of pregnancy is buying normal people sized clothes again! I can't wait to be back to "me", but the "mom" version. Having my little guy here will be amazing, and feel unreal. I have only  been picturing my life with him in it for so long now, that actually living that life is so to be pretty awesome.

And my closet will get some lovin again. I have drawers of clothes, a closet full of clothes and shoes, none of which fit. Yes...even my shoes are completely off the market of fitting these fat preggo feet. But the end is near, the end is definittely near!

Happy November everyone! Trying to make an appearance on this little bloggy again! I have been reading my favorite blogs even though I haven't been writing on my own!
